Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Associate to handle job portal checks across Grandison Website, Lead Gen, Facebook, Workabroad, PRC Database, and referrals, ensuring timely screening and follow-ups.

You will perform administrative tasks, conduct pre-screening and initial interviews, maintain the candidate database, and prepare reports for the Recruitment Supervisor. Coordinate with schools and the Academic Department of partner centers, mentor fellow recruiters, and help

Responsibilities

• Handle job portal checking in an efficient and timely manner (any as assigned: Grandison Website, Lead Gen, Facebook, Workabroad, PRC Database, Student Referral, Review Center Referral)
• Undertake administrative responsibilities (e.g. answering emails, updating reports, validating submitted candidate requirements etc.,)
• Conduct pre-screening and initial interviews
• Initiate candidate follow-ups to ensure prompt sign ups
• Facilitate Career Orientation and respond appropriately to candidate inquiries
• Assist in conducting Competitor’s Check as assigned
• Maintain, update and ensure completeness of the candidate database
• Recommendation and facilitation of career events for possible leads build up
• Coordinate with the Academic Department of the partner Review Center
• Coordinate with schools and other potential business partners in solidifying agreement
• Communicate with schools in a timely manner in organizing potential internal / external career events
• Oversee the team in the absence of the Recruitment Supervisor and ensure that proper protocols are being followed
• Provide support and recommendations when it comes to recruitment strategies
• Initiate building the candidate pool by confirming the effectivity of the other sourcing means
• Provide mentoring and share best practices to other Recruitment Associates, Recruitment Specialists
• Prepare and finalize reports at the behest of the Recruitment Supervisor and/or the Recruitment Manager
• Attain set KPI and target
• Manage and consistently accomplish the deliverables as indicated in the Responsibility Matrix
• Adhere to ad hoc responsibilities as needed
