Job summary

BSA Solutions Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional roles at our Cebu City location.

This onsite role requires partnering with HR and hiring managers to build pipelines and secure top talent. Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, actively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the interview process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition, preferably for technical/leadership roles.
• Experience supporting recruiting in manufacturing/engineering/IT environments preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with sourcing platforms and recruiting tech (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, HRIS).

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional roles across the organization.
• Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates via networking and recruiting tools.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview processes with hiring panels to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage recruiting workflows in ATS and ensure data integrity.
