Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Talent Management Manager in Makati to lead the talent strategy across Learning and Development, performance optimization, and workforce planning. You will align talent initiatives with business goals and forecast needs for the next 3–5 years.

You will partner with the People and Organizational Development team to drive a high-performance culture, deliver results, and contribute to community impact in a purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Education or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, learning and development, or HR business partnering.
• 3+ years in a managerial or performing leadership role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing strategic talent management and workforce planning programs.
• Fundamental understanding of benchmarking, industry best practices, and using data to drive talent decisions.

As Talen Management Manager, you will be responsible for driving the organization’s talent strategy by optimizing overall Talent Management, Learning and Development (L&D) strategy and process execution governance. As the center of excellence (CoE), the manager ensures alignment of talent strategies with business objectives while preparing the workforce for future needs. The role involves staying abreast of industry trends, benchmarking best practices, and forecasting talent requirements for the next 3-5 years to drive workforce planning strategies and continuous development. This position leads the implementation and optimization of talent strategies to build a high-performance culture that supports both current and future business success. And contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the People and Organizational Development Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

What You Will Need

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Education or other related discipline

Professional: At least 10 years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, learning and development, or HR business partnering, including 3+ years in a managerial or performing leadership role. Proven experience in designing and implementing strategic talent management and workforce planning programs in large, complex organizations.

Fundamental understanding of benchmarking, industry best practices, and using data to drive talent decisions. Strong understanding of future workforce trends, labor market dynamics, and organizational readiness.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
