Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and organize training manuals, guides, and materials
• Deliver training using lectures, discussions, simulations, and multimedia
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and retraining requirements
• Review materials from third-party instructors for quality and relevance
• Evaluate program effectiveness through surveys and feedback
• Stay updated on latest trends in training and development
