Zusammenfassung

HRTX is seeking a Talent Development Partner to design and deliver development programs that grow capabilities and engagement across the organization. You will shape onboarding, leadership training, and ongoing learning initiatives that align with our business strategy.

You will partner with the People Team to embed talent processes into performance reviews, identify high-potential colleagues, create individual development plans, and help craft clear career paths with the Digital Learning team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing, implementing, and facilitating progressive, evidence-based learning programs.
• Learner-centered content curation and creation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Strong understanding of talent management principles, practices, and trends.
• Experience with psychometric tools desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office and LMS/LXP.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and facilitate training programs and workshops aimed at enhancing colleagues' and managers' skills, knowledge, and performance.
• Utilize digital learning, workshops, coaching, and other delivery methods.
• Partner with the People Team to embed talent development into performance management campaigns.
• Identify high-potential colleagues and conduct assessments.
• Support creation of individual development plans aligned with career aspirations and organizational goals.
• Collaborate to create or refresh career paths with business areas and the Digital Learning team.
• Evaluate program effectiveness via ROI, surveys, and assessments.
