Job summary

SM Retail Inc. in Pasay is seeking a Training & Talent Management Manager to lead learning and talent development initiatives that build capabilities and support business growth.

You will design and implement programs across store and corporate teams, drive leadership development, manage high-potential talent reviews, and partner with leaders to close capability gaps through effective learning partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
• Experience in retail or a fast-paced business environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic, hands-on, and passionate about people development.
