Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Management, Sociology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience in performance management.
• At least 2 years as HR Generalist or multiple HR facets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to delegate and act with integrity and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Reviews training compliance tracking and documents; safety and professional licensure where required.
• Recruits and conducts interviews; collaborates with managers to define required competencies.
• Conducts background checks and eligibility verifications.
• Implements new hire orientation and recognition programs.
• Administers compensation, benefits, leave, and disciplinary matters.
• Manages employee inquiries and escalates sensitive issues appropriately.
• Participates in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Ensures compliance with federal and local employment laws and best practices.
