Job summary

PH Global Jet Express Inc. (J&T Express Philippines) is seeking an HR Business Partner to oversee HR operations in the assigned region and report to PH Global HR Headquarters. You will analyze HR metrics, address employee relations concerns, and recommend HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

You will manage all HR functions within the region, collaborate with managers, and drive development, change management, and compliance initiatives to support growth across branches and hubs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Sociology, Organizational Development, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
• Experience in performance management.
• At least 5 years as HR Generalist or multiple HR facets, or at least 2 years HR supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: collaborate with managers to align HR support with organizational objectives.
• Manpower planning to optimize efficiency.
• HR data analysis to aid regional payroll, benefits, and hiring decisions.
• Provide insights to HR Headquarters on engagement, retention, turnover, and regional status.
• Talent Management & Development: identify skill gaps and develop training programs.
• Organizational Development & Change Management: support restructures and process improvements.
• HR Policy & Compliance: ensure policies are up-to-date and legally compliant.
• Performance Management: guide managers through appraisals and development needs.
