Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking an HR Engagement specialist in Bulacan who will assist in employee engagement, events, and internal communications. You will design and disseminate notices and coordinate with the HR team on programs that boost morale.

You will report to the HR Manager, help plan teambuilding, corporate events, and engagements, collaborate with department heads, and may travel occasionally to work with various teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/psychology/marketing management.
• 1–3 years in Employee Engagement, Event Management, or Performance Management.
• Canva, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, charismatic and energetic personality.
• Occasional business travel may be required.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborates with heads of units to deliver results.
• Knowledge of talent management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the clearance process including exit interviews and summary reports.
• Assists in facilitating the personnel action notice.
• Coordinates in facilitating the employment contract and regularization notice.
• Disseminates notices and announcements such as new hire announcements and corporate activities.
• Plans and executes corporate activities and J&T engagements from concept to finish.
• Collaborates with department heads on programs to maximize employee development and satisfaction.
• Liaises with suppliers for event needs in coordination with procurement.
• Supports the HR Manager for ad hoc tasks.
