Job summary

Pathways in Manila, Philippines seeks a TA Systems & Project Senior Associate to coordinate system implementation projects and support cross-functional teams. The role works closely with the Lead Systems Analyst to ensure timely project execution and effective user support.

Requirements include a BA/BS in psychology, HRM, or related field and 2–3 years’ experience in systems or process improvement, with strong communication and analytical skills for stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any field relevant to the role.
• 2–3 years of experience with systems and/or process improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to directors.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate system implementation and project execution with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with the Lead Systems Analyst to identify and prioritize tasks and milestones.
• Research and analyze to support system enhancements.
• Prepare documentation and reports for system-related projects.
• Troubleshoot talent acquisition system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist with user training and documentation for new TA system implementations.
• Support data analysis and reporting for talent acquisition project activities.
• Coordinate and track project deliverables and timelines.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide administrative support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
