Job summary

Clarvida seeks a TA Systems & Project Senior Associate to coordinate projects related to system implementations and support, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and to assist the Lead Systems Analyst (LSA).

Responsibilities include developing system strategies, prioritizing tasks with the LSA, conducting analyses to support enhancements, and preparing documentation and reports for system projects. Relevant experience and a BA/BS in a related field are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience with systems and/or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development and implementation of system strategies and objectives.
• Collaborates with the LSA to identify and prioritize project tasks and milestones.
• Conducts research and analysis to support decision-making related to system enhancements.
• Assists with the preparation of documentation and reports for system-related projects.
• Troubleshoots talent acquisition system issues and provides timely resolutions to end-users.
• Assists the LSA with user training and documentation for new talent acquisition system implementations.
• Assists with data analysis and reporting for talent acquisition project-related activities.
• Coordinates and tracks talent acquisition project deliverables and timelines.
• Contributes to process improvement initiatives for talent acquisition projects as needed.
