Job summary

B2B Automations is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in the Philippines to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, hiring and training new staff. You will coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new hires and maintain accurate employee records.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Psychology or HRM, at least 1 year of experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
• At least 1 year working experience in the same field.
• Has a good interpersonal skills and people oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the talent acquisition process such as recruits, interviews hire, and train new staff. This includes sourcing applicants and reviewing resumes.
• Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions for new employees.
• Compile and process employee documentation and record (201 file), and keep the employee database up to date.
