Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Talent Solutions Operations Manager to lead strategy, delivery, and profitability for a talent solutions business in the Philippines. You will shape scalable TA operating models, ensure strong client satisfaction, and drive performance across recruitment operations, governance, and analytics.

The role requires extensive TA operations expertise, commercial acumen, and people leadership to manage programs, SLAs, and budgets while delivering sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment operations.
• Proven experience managing RPO or large-scale recruitment operations.
• Experience leading recruitment teams with KPIs, SLAs, and workforce planning.
• Strong experience managing clients and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial experience including budgets, costs, revenue, margins, and/or P&L.
• Experience improving recruitment processes and operational performance.
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations, sourcing, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business unit's strategic and operating plans.
• Translate requirements into scalable talent acquisition strategies and operating models.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, targets, and client commitments.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment operations across RPO and outsourced programs.
• Oversee delivery, sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding, and related processes.
• Drive client satisfaction and governance across operations.
• Provide leadership with financial and operational reporting.
