Job summary

Clarvida seeks a TA Systems & Project Senior Associate to coordinate projects related to system implementations and support, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and to assist the Lead Systems Analyst (LSA).

Responsibilities include developing system strategies, prioritizing tasks with the LSA, conducting analyses to support enhancements, and preparing documentation and reports for system projects. Relevant experience and a BA/BS in a related field are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience with systems and/or process improvement.

Required Education And/Or Experience

• At least 2-3 years’ experience with systems and/or process improvement

• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with wide groups of directors. Ability to make effective presentations.
