Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 1–3 years in talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Lead and supervise a team of recruiters and TA specialists.
• Oversee candidate sourcing through multiple channels and manage screening/interviews.
• Ensure positive candidate experience from contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
