• Willing to be assigned in: MARILAO, BULACAN.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networks.
• Review resumes and applications to pre-screen candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
