You will handle employee relations, performance management, training needs, and labor law compliance while supporting organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Generalist or in Labor Relations.
• Experience in Retail or Fast-Mmoving Consumer Goods is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong ethical handling of confidential HR information.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and managers to develop HR strategies aligning with organizational goals.
• Serve as liaison between HR and business units to ensure alignment of HR practices.
• Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and guidance on conflict resolution and engagement.
• Support performance management processes including goal setting and reviews.
• Identify training needs, develop programs, and facilitate workshops to enhance skills.
• Stay updated on labor laws and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate on organizational development initiatives like restructuring and change management.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
