Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition; managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage recruitment and hiring efforts across the organization.
• Oversee sourcing of candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates; coordinate interviews and assessments.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain the employer brand to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during recruitment.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
