You will handle employee relations, performance management, training programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws while collaborating across units to drive engagement and retention. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or Business Administration.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Generalist or Labor Relations role.
• Experience in Retail or FMCG is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mid-management to align HR goals with organizational objectives.
• Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution guidance.
• Support performance management, goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement.
• Identify training needs, develop programs, and facilitate workshops.
• Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
• Contribute to organizational development, restructuring, and succession planning.
• Drive initiatives to improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
