The role requires sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and building a pipeline of qualified candidates while maintaining accurate records and working closely with department heads and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in agency or fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment software.

Aufgaben

• Source and recruit qualified candidates using various recruitment channels and platforms.
• Review applications and screen candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Prepare job descriptions and recruitment briefs with department heads.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics to monitor hiring performance.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and competency needs.
• Provide recruitment support and guidance to internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
