Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corp. (Manila) is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across the Support and Corporate groups.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard talent from ranks C-suite to entry-level, ensuring timely fulfillment and strong candidate pipelines. The role requires experience with high-volume hiring in shipping and logistics, expertise in social media recruiting (Facebook, LinkedIn), and solid HRIS familiarity to support

Qualifications

At least five years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
End-to-end recruitment knowledge from sourcing to onboarding.
Experience with volume hiring and executive roles.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Support and Corporate Group from sourcing to onboarding.
Ensure database of active talents from rank & file to executive level.
Post vacancies on PSACC Career Page, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook and others.
Conduct initial screening and interviews; provide summaries for hiring manager review.
Coordinate final interview scheduling and decision tracking.
Collect salary information and endorse to Total Rewards team for assessment.
