Job summary

int transportation is hiring a dedicated HR Recruitment Officer based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding, across the organization.

The role requires 2–3 years in recruitment, solid knowledge of the full lifecycle, and the ability to work with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. We seek a proactive, results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of employment regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a recruitment or HR role.
• Experience across the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations relevant to recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Post job advertisements on job boards, social platforms and recruitment sites.
• Screen, shortlist and interview candidates to assess suitability.
• Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies and expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding support.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on activities, timelines and costs.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Assist in developing job descriptions and person specifications.
• Participate in recruitment fairs and talent acquisition events.
