Job summary

CTSI Holdings Limited is seeking a recruitment coordinator to support Guam and Saipan operations from Manila. You will manage applicant tracking, postings, communications, and interview coordination to ensure timely hires with a positive candidate experience.

You will work with hiring managers and leadership teams, leveraging AI tools and Microsoft applications to improve efficiency and reporting. Prior experience in aviation, logistics, or operations recruitment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using ATS or recruitment tracking systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications and leverage AI for efficiency and support decision making.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Aviation, logistics, customer service, or operations recruitment experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process for Guam and Saipan operations.
• Manage applicant tracking, recruitment administration, candidate communications, interview coordination, recruitment reporting, job posting management, and pre-employment monitoring.
• Serve as the central recruitment support resource for hiring managers and leadership teams while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
