Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes, employment documentation, and pre-employment requirements.
• Experience in preparing employment contracts, job offers, and HR documents.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and applicant information.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with applicants, employees, hiring managers, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates end-to-end recruitment from job posting to hiring.
• Sources and screens applicants based on approved job requirements.
• Conducts initial interviews and coordinates succeeding interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinates applicant assessments, schedules, and other recruitment activities.
• Prepares and processes job offers and employment contracts.
• Coordinates completion of pre-employment requirements.
• Prepares onboarding documents and materials for new hires.
• Facilitates new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
• Introduces new employees to concerned departments.
• Coordinates with concerned departments on onboarding requirements.
• Maintains recruitment and onboarding records.
• Monitors timelines and follows up on pending requirements.
• Prepares recruitment and onboarding reports and trackers.
• Ensures compliance with recruitment and onboarding policies and procedures.
• Identifies and recommends improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Performs other HR duties and special projects as assigned.
