Job summary

1Aviation Groundhandling Services, Corp. is seeking a Talent Management Specialist – Recruitment & Onboarding (Mactan) to join our growing team in Cebu. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will source candidates, assess fit, manage pre-employment checks, and maintain accurate ATS records to strengthen our talent pipeline and onboarding process at our Mactan site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/OD/Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years in Talent Management, Recruitment or related HR function.
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience preferred.
• Proficient with ATS and HR software.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical, organized and able to report on metrics.
• Service-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, social channels and referrals.
• Create and publish engaging recruitment campaigns.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates and assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage communication, updates and inquiries with applicants.
• Extend offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS data for reporting.
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding activities.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions.
• Serve as key contact for new hires and collect onboarding feedback.
• Prepare recruitment and onboarding reports for process improvement.
