Job summary

Team Global Facility Solutions Inc. in Makati City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a full-time basis.

You will build and execute recruitment strategies, attract top talent, screen applications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to support business growth. You will manage candidate relationships, maintain ATS records, and ensure a positive candidate experience across all stages of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
• Experience recruiting across various levels and departments.
• Knowledge of Philippines employment law and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to source passive candidates via networks and online platforms.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Post jobs on boards, social media, and networks to maximise reach.
• Screen CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial telephone and video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain candidate relationships.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements.
• Assist with offer letters and contracts.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
• Monitor metrics and report pipeline status.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
