Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous recruitment or HR experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong sense of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal corporate positions.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist hiring managers in identifying suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Provide timely updates and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with recruitment reports, documentation, and other HR-related activities.
• Support the HR/Talent Acquisition team in improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
