Rapid Forming Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across departments. You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and craft compelling job postings while upholding SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• 2+ years end-to-end recruitment experience in corporate, agency or outsourcing.
• Proven track record hiring for multiple departments (Sales, IT, Eng, Finance, Healthcare).
• Proficient sourcing via LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook and others.
• Meets recruitment SLAs and turnaround time targets.
• Skilled in creating recruitment materials with Canva.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Highly organized, proactive, and confidentiality-minded.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Handle candidates endorsed by headhunting partners and proactively explore additional sourcing channels.
• Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews or phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate in-depth interviews and consolidate feedback from hiring managers to support final selection decisions.
• Draft job offers and employment contracts, discuss terms with successful candidates, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Initiate the issuance of performance appraisal forms for probationary employees and coordinate with respective supervisors.
• Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient recruitment efforts.
• Practices 5S standards in the workplace to promote safety, efficiency, and organization.
• Upholds and protects the company's image, values, and reputation at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
