Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, or related field, have 1–2 years of recruitment experience, and are proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, high-volume recruitment experience a plus.
• Experience using job portals, social media, and sourcing platforms.
• Good interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Post and maintain job vacancies and recruitment advertisements.
• Build and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and applications based on approved job requirements; conduct initial screening.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers; follow up on results.
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding documentation.
