Job summary

Adventus in Manila is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end-to-end process from requisition to pre-onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.

You will proactively source candidates through job boards, social networks and events, screen for technical fit, and partner with hiring managers to define needs and timelines.

The role requires data-driven recruitment, strong Excel skills, and experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, with a focus on SEA markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 2–3 years of recruitment operations or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring technical roles across SEA is an advantage.
• Familiar with ATS and recruitment tools including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to pre-onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and events.
• Qualify candidates through screening calls and interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, timelines, and job requirements.
• Provide market insights and recommendations on candidate profiles and trends.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and address candidate questions.
• Collaborate with tertiary institutions for recruitment events and internships.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
