You’ll own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, partner with hiring managers and HR, and build a strong candidate pipeline across LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals. The role emphasizes an exceptional candidate experience and data-driven hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles.
• Knowledge of employment laws, fair hiring, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver the right talent
• Recruit across a variety of engineering and technical roles, understanding the skills, qualifications, and market challenges involved
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database to support current and future hiring needs
• Create and manage engaging job advertisements across LinkedIn, JobStreet, internal portals, and other recruitment channels
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other talent channels
• Track recruitment performance and provide accurate weekly/monthly dashboards, pipeline reports, and hiring updates
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every candidate feels informed, respected, and valued throughout the process
