Job summary

Adventus, based in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment—from intake with hiring managers to onboarding. You will source candidates across channels, conduct interviews, and partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs.

You will drive a positive candidate experience, extend offers, and help build a strong SEA-wide talent pipeline. Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven hiring is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring technical roles across SEA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Source and identify candidates via job boards, social media, networks and events.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews evaluating technical skills and culture fit.
