Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases).
• Conduct screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Provide regular updates and insights to clients or internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring positions.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing best practices.
