Wsp in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to support Asia-wide recruitment through proactive candidate sourcing, talent-pool development, and data-driven TA operations.

You will work with country TA teams, manage candidate data in ATS, and contribute to region-wide reporting and process improvements, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition or recruitment operations.
• Knowledge of end-to-end TA process and candidate lifecycle.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional Asian language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates proactively for priority roles across Asia.
• Build and maintain talent pools and market maps by role family and location.
• Initial outreach and basic screening before handover to recruiters.
• Collaborate with country TA teams to align hiring needs and priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and regional trackers.
• Prepare Asia TA data and recurring reports, including pipeline and offers.
• Monitor data quality and address gaps with stakeholders to keep reports reliable.
• Provide recruitment lifecycle administration and interview coordination support.
• Maintain standard TA templates, documents, and reporting calendars.
• Support regional TA projects and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Handle candidate information confidentially and in line with privacy obligations.
• Stay up to date with sourcing practices and recruitment tech.
