You will lead full lifecycle recruiting for experienced hires and campus hires, partnering with hiring managers to design talent strategies that align with business goals.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in recruiting, and proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience; professional services or consulting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or commensurate work experience.
• Adept user of Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for experienced hires and campus hires across the Philippines.
• Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies with global TA leadership.
• Build relationships with universities and career services teams.
• Attend career fairs, networking events, and conferences to raise brand awareness.
• Collaborate with local HR and business leaders to align hiring needs and onboarding.
