Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Metro Manila to own the full hiring lifecycle—from sourcing through onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers, Corporate HR, and stakeholders to attract, assess, hire, and onboard top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and labor-law compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations (BPO/IT preferred).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes and labor law compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely feedback and movement of candidates through stages.
• Prepare and extend offers aligned with company policies.
• Oversee post-offer steps including background checks and onboarding.
• Maintain compliant employment contracts and HR records.
• Track hiring progress and ensure SLA targets.
