Job summary

Lycopodium Philippines is recruiting a People & Culture Officer - Recruitment (6-month contract) to join our growing People & Culture team in Manila.

You will manage the full hiring workflow, keep the ATS up to date, coordinate interviews, and onboard new starters across units. We offer career development, flexible work arrangements, and benefits such as professional memberships and rewards programs.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution.
• 3+ years’ solid experience in a Recruitment role within related industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete hiring workflow including preliminary screening up to final offers.
• Ensure the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated.
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage complex interview loops between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide timely, and constructive feedback to internal teams and candidates promoting transparency of the process.
• Deploy multi-platform sourcing strategies through talent databases to engage with both active and passive talents.
• Organise and manage the new starter experience (end-to-end) for assigned business units, including contracts administration, on-boarding documentation, compliance and inductions.
