MicroSourcing in Metro Manila is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fixed-term 5-month assignment. The role is hybrid with day shifts, focused on end-to-end recruitment across multiple tracks in the Philippine BPO industry.

You will lead postings, screening, interviewing, offers, and hand-offs to HR, while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders and using candidate-tracking tools for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in the Philippine BPO/call center industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or equivalent.
• Strong foundation in volume sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to work in a fast-moving, target-driven environment with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage dynamic job ads across portals and the company site.
• Screen resumes to match required skills and candidate goals.
• Partner with the Sourcing Manager to access fresh talent pools.
• Conduct calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on target profiles.
