Job summary

LIMA LAND, INC. is seeking an HRBP Officer - Talent Attraction on a project basis to lead end-to-end recruitment. You will partner with managers, design sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Experience with ATS/HRIS and knowledge of Philippine labor laws is preferred; volume hiring experience is a plus. This role supports timely hiring across departments in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering.
• Experience handling volume hiring and professional-level recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare employment offers and facilitate pre-employment requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
• Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding and other HR initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
