Lycopodium Philippines is seeking a People & Culture Officer - Recruitment on a 6-month contract to join our Manila team. The role oversees full-cycle recruitment, maintains the ATS, and coordinates complex interview loops with hiring managers.

Ideal candidates have a HR degree and at least 3 years in recruitment, with experience in onboarding and contracts administration for new hires. The position focuses on delivering a smooth candidate experience and timely feedback.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• 3+ years recruitment experience
• Experience in coordinating interview loops between candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates and teams
• Experience deploying multi-platform sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent
• Experience organizing end-to-end onboarding and contracts administration for new hires

Responsibilities

• Manage complete hiring workflow from screening to final offer
• Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage interview loops between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to internal teams and candidates
• Deploy multi-platform sourcing strategies to engage with active and passive talents
• Organise and manage onboarding for new hires including contracts, documentation, and inductions
