Job summary

Smartrade in the Philippines is seeking a skilled recruitment specialist to deliver end-to-end hiring. You will coordinate applicants, schedule interviews with the Team Lead and HR Supervisor, and drive the requisition process from intake to onboarding.

You will source candidates via social media and job portals, screen resumes, and conduct exams and interviews to build strong shortlists. The role demands attention to detail and excellent communication, with close collaboration across HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience in recruitment and compensation & benefits.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and strong time management.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Coordinate applicants and schedule interviews with Team Lead and HR Supervisor.
• Facilitate creation of personnel requisition to start recruitment.
• Focus on direct sourcing activities including social media.
• Conduct exams and interviews to create shortlists and update candidates on results.
• Serve as main contact for recruitment and HR-related concerns.
• Manage job portals and recruitment vendors (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Screen and review resumes/CVs.
• Plan and manage job fairs and all sourcing activities.
• Conduct background checks for newly hired employees.
• Perform all other recruitment and HR duties as assigned.
