• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate endorsement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
• Familiarity with job portals, social media sourcing, and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
