Job summary

SSG is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its Human Resources team in the Philippines. You will support internal corporate hiring, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding processes.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and prior recruitment experience is a plus but not required. You will play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in recruitment is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal corporate positions.
• Source candidates via JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Provide timely updates and support to candidates throughout the process.
• Assist with job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination.
• Support HR/Talent Acquisition initiatives and employer branding.
