Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology/BA and has 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience, or fresh graduates with internship exposure.

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and phone interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain Applicant Tracker and recruitment database.
• Prepare applicant endorsements and recruitment documents.
• Follow up with candidates on interview outcomes and offers.
• Assist in background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.
• Perform other HR and recruitment tasks as assigned.
