KMC Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on high-volume, fast-paced hiring across multiple locations.
You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate schedules and offers, and partner with hiring managers and universities, PESOs, and agencies to meet targets.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on high-volume and fast-paced hiring. The role is responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment events, candidate engagement, offer coordination, and maintaining an active recruitment pipeline while partnering closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to meet recruitment targets.
Execute end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding endorsement.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, job fairs, campus recruitment, PESO partnerships, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews based on role requirements and company standards.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct candidate follow-ups to improve interview attendance, offer acceptance, and onboarding conversion.
Identify new sourcing channels and opportunities to increase candidate volume.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Manage recruitment portals and sourcing platforms while implementing creative sourcing strategies to strengthen the talent pipeline.
Support aggressive and recurring hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Work toward daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Monitor recruitment funnel activity and ensure candidates are progressing through each stage.
Identify candidate drop-offs and escalated recruitment bottlenecks.
Participate in mass hiring activities, recruitment drives, and job fairs.
Support recruitment activities across multiple locations and partner sites as required.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate schedules, assessments, interview confirmations, and follow-ups.
Consolidate interview feedback and provide timely updates to candidates.
Coordinate job offer preparation and candidate follow-ups.
Assist with pre-employment requirements and onboarding endorsements.
Ensure candidates receive accurate and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with Operations regarding assessments, try-outs, and recruitment-related activities.
Support recruitment partnerships with universities, colleges, PESOs, government agencies, and recruitment firms.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment activities, and talent acquisition events.
Maintain relationships with external sourcing partners.
Assist in developing new sourcing channels and talent pools.
Maintain recruitment trackers, applicant records, and recruitment databases.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.

Provide recruitment updates and identify hiring gaps against targets.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume hiring environments.
Strong experience in fast-paced recruitment environments such as BPO, technology, operations, startups, shared services, or similar industries.
Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, recruitment channels, and recruitment funnel management.
Experience participating in job fairs, mass hiring campaigns, campus recruitment, PESO programs, and other sourcing initiatives.
Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills with the ability to move candidates through the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring recruitment metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates, interviews, and priorities simultaneously.
Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment events.
Experience using ATS platforms such as Manatal or similar recruitment systems.
Hands‑on recruiter with extensive experience in high-volume recruitment.
Comfortable using multiple sourcing channels beyond job boards.
Experience handling mass hiring, recruitment drives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and PESO activities.
Strong candidate management and follow-up capabilities.
Knowledge of recruitment funnel metrics and conversion tracking.
Ability to thrive in startup or high-growth environments with evolving processes.
Experience working with recruitment agencies, schools, PESOs, and other external sourcing partners.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
