The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE) is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive effective talent acquisition and maintain personnel records.
The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, with a focus on ensuring smooth processes for business units in Taguig. You will manage social media sourcing, partner with executive search as needed, and oversee records management while ensuring data confidentiality and timely updates.
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the initiatives and programs for effective and efficient recruitment process. Further, the Recruitment Specialist is also responsible in the maintenance of personnel records.
Utilization and management of different social media platforms (e.g. Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and other online sourcing tools to search for and connect with potential candidates.
Develops and propose innovative strategies on sourcing methods and recruitment channels.
Develop a network of potential pool of candidates and professionals for future reference.
Oversees sourcing activities such as, but not limited to, job fairs and career events.
Maintains relationship with Executive Search partners, which includes contract management.
Receives and review the Personnel Requisition Form (PRF) request from hiring business unit/s.
Coordinate with hiring business unit/s, as needed, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the request.
Source and screen candidates in accordance to the requirement of the position requested.
Conduct initial interview and administer the exam for the applicants.
Regularly update the requesting business unit of the status of the hiring process and coordinate with them for interview schedules.
Prepares the Job Offer and present it to the successful candidate, this includes the discussion of pre-employment requirements.
Serves as the overall records management for employee data.
Ensure that the master list and all data of the employees are updated annually.
Responsible for the preparation and administration of the documents.
Responsible for the creation, accuracy and timely filing of the 201 files of new employees.
Ensure the confidentiality and safety of all employee data.
Responsible for timely retrieval and release of any requested employee data.
Handles employment verification of third-party representatives.
Responsible in the administration of the Onboarding files and activities.
Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree course on Human Resources Development Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology or any Management related course, along with 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and technology.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.
Can start ASAP.
Willing to report on-site (BGC, Taguig).
