End-to-End Recruitment
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from approved manpower requisition to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements, hiring timelines, and recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, assess, and endorse qualified candidates for technical, corporate, and leadership positions.
Facilitate interviews, assessments, reference checks, offer discussions, and pre-employment requirements.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, governance controls, and service level agreements.
Monitor recruitment performance metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance, fill rates, and hiring success indicators.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that enhance Radius Telecoms' visibility in the talent market.
Manage recruitment marketing campaigns across job portals, social media, employee referrals, universities, and career fairs.
Promote the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), culture, and career opportunities.
Enhance candidate experience and engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
Talent Pipeline Management
Build and maintain talent pools for critical, specialized, and future hiring requirements.
Conduct talent mapping, competitor benchmarking, and labor market research.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and business-critical positions.
Drive succession-focused talent pipeline initiatives to support long‑term workforce needs.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as a trusted talent acquisition partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and external sourcing partners.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
Proven experience in the Telecommunications Industry.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, SEEK, and other sourcing tools.
Strong analytical, project management, and recruitment reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and business partnering skills.
