• At least 2 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience
• Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong candidate management, communication, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
• Source and engage candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, JobStreet, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate assessments, hiring manager interviews, final interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate records
• Conduct timely candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process
• Build strong candidate relationships and provide a professional, positive candidate experience
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of hiring

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing recruitment team.
