Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to align HR strategies with business goals across Telco, Tech, and Shared Services. The role drives talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement to support growth.

You will partner with leaders to design organizations, manage change, and deliver analytics to inform decisions, with onsite work setup and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, CHRP, or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or strategic HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capability.
• Experience with HRIS and HR analytics tools is an advantage.

Strategic Partnership

• Acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR matters

Talent Management

• Partners with recruitment teams to drive talent acquisition strategies
• Leads performance management processes aligned with business goals

Employee & Organizational Development

Change Management
