Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive in the Philippines to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. Responsibilities include screening resumes, coordinating interviews, building candidate pipelines, and maintaining records.

The role collaborates with hiring managers to forecast needs and deliver a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in HR or recruitment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in HR, Business, or related field with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in high-volume recruitment.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and government compliance regulations is an advantage.
• CEI applicants will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes, applications, and portfolios to pre-screen candidates and conduct screening interviews.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing and networks.
• Source candidates through referrals for hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare candidate profiles and concise summaries for hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and managers.
• Facilitate interview sessions and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Send interview invitations and confirmations to candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.
• Prepare recruitment reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Assist with posting and managing job advertisements across platforms.
• Follow up with candidates on interview outcomes and status updates.
• Support onboarding documentation and pre-employment checks.
